\u2022 The guest agrees to follow the applicable regulations on the premises.
\u2022 Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
\u2022 Any gas equipment, as well as caravans or motorhomes, must be inspected and in approved condition.
\u2022 It is important to show consideration for other guests.
\u2022 No loud music may be played, and from 10:00 PM the noise level must be low and no disturbing sounds may occur. <\/li>\r\n
Cleaning is not included in the rental fee. If the cabin or pitch is not properly cleaned upon departure, a cleaning fee of 500 SEK per started hour will be charged. <\/li>\r\n
Normal wear and tear is included in the rental fee. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged at market value. <\/li>\r\n
Any damage or deficiencies must be reported within 1 hour after check-in.
\u2022 The report must be made both via photo (sent to the specified contact) and by notifying the reception.
\u2022 If this is not done, the guest may be held responsible for any damage discovered upon departure.<\/li>\r\n
The guest is responsible for using the cabin or pitch with care and ensuring that no unauthorized persons stay there without approval.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\nBike rental terms<\/h2>\r\n

The renter is fully responsible for the bicycle and any associated equipment from the moment it is received until it is returned.<\/li>\r\n
\u2022 Normal wear and tear, such as dirt or chain slippage, is not the renter’s responsibility.
\u2022 All damage caused by negligence, carelessness, or improper use will be compensated by the renter at the actual repair cost.
\u2022 If the bicycle is damaged during the rental period, the renter is liable for compensation unless reasonable protective measures can be demonstrated.<\/li>\r\n
\u2022 The bicycle must be locked when left unattended.
\u2022 In case of theft, the renter will be charged the bicycle’s current market value, unless it can be shown that the theft occurred despite proper locking and storage.
\u2022 In case of theft, a police report must be filed within 24 hours, and a copy of the report must be provided to the rental company.<\/li>\r\n
\u2022 All other equipment rented in connection with the bicycle \u2013 e.g. helmet, child seat, lock, tools, or bike basket \u2013 is covered by the same terms as the bike.
\u2022 In case of damage, loss, or theft of such equipment, the renter will be charged the market value of the equipment.<\/li>\r\n
\u2022 The bicycle and any equipment must be returned at the agreed time and place.
\u2022 Late return will be charged at 100 SEK per hour.
\u2022 If the bicycle or equipment is not returned within 24 hours after the agreed time, it will be considered missing, and the renter will be charged according to sections 3 and 4.<\/li>\r\n
By renting the bicycle and any equipment, the renter confirms that they have read and fully accept these terms.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
