Rental Terms for Cabins and Camping Pitches

By making a booking and payment, you accept the following terms:

1. Order and Comfort
   • The guest agrees to follow the applicable regulations on the premises.
   • Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
   • Any gas equipment, as well as caravans or motorhomes, must be inspected and in approved condition.
   • It is important to show consideration for other guests.
   • No loud music may be played, and from 10:00 PM the noise level must be low and no disturbing sounds may occur.
2. Cleaning
   Cleaning is not included in the rental fee. If the cabin or pitch is not properly cleaned upon departure, a cleaning fee of 500 SEK per started hour will be charged.
3. Wear and Damage
   Normal wear and tear is included in the rental fee. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged at market value.
4. Reporting Damage at Check-in
   Any damage or deficiencies must be reported within 1 hour after check-in.
   • The report must be made both via photo (sent to the specified contact) and by notifying the reception.
   • If this is not done, the guest may be held responsible for any damage discovered upon departure.
5. Responsibility
   The guest is responsible for using the cabin or pitch with care and ensuring that no unauthorized persons stay there without approval.

By paying for the booking, you accept these terms and conditions.

 

Bike rental terms

1. Renter’s Responsibility
   The renter is fully responsible for the bicycle and any associated equipment from the moment it is received until it is returned.
2. Damage to the Bicycle
   • Normal wear and tear, such as dirt or chain slippage, is not the renter’s responsibility.
   • All damage caused by negligence, carelessness, or improper use will be compensated by the renter at the actual repair cost.
   • If the bicycle is damaged during the rental period, the renter is liable for compensation unless reasonable protective measures can be demonstrated.
3. Theft
   • The bicycle must be locked when left unattended.
   • In case of theft, the renter will be charged the bicycle’s current market value, unless it can be shown that the theft occurred despite proper locking and storage.
   • In case of theft, a police report must be filed within 24 hours, and a copy of the report must be provided to the rental company.
4. Other Equipment
   • All other equipment rented in connection with the bicycle – e.g. helmet, child seat, lock, tools, or bike basket – is covered by the same terms as the bike.
   • In case of damage, loss, or theft of such equipment, the renter will be charged the market value of the equipment.
5. Return
   • The bicycle and any equipment must be returned at the agreed time and place.
   • Late return will be charged at 100 SEK per hour.
   • If the bicycle or equipment is not returned within 24 hours after the agreed time, it will be considered missing, and the renter will be charged according to sections 3 and 4.
6. Acceptance of Terms
   By renting the bicycle and any equipment, the renter confirms that they have read and fully accept these terms.
